Uniformity & Static Imbalance Testing - Independent Test Services - uniformityUniformity analyzers measure the radial and lateral runout. Radial run-out is the difference between the high spot and the rim average on the outer or inner wheel rim. It is best measured at the bead seat.  Lateral runout is the side-to-side wobble of the wheel on the outer or inner rim. Too much runout in either case can cause noise and handling issues.

We can run a handful of wheels at our site or move our uniformity machine to your floor to perform a big run of wheels over a longer period of time. We can measure wheels ranging from 4”-12” in width and 14”-24” in diameter.  Call for a quote.
